Mimesis of Texts I

Product Description

Learn the writing secret of Aristotle -- Mimesis

Aristotle wrote about "mimesis" in his work The Poetics.

Mimesis involves learning by example.  And it is actually a genetic, natural way of learning.

Mimetic writing was popular with the Victorians, but they never took it far enough.  The entire process of mimetic writing -- something that involves taking both Mimesis I and Mimesis II, is a process.

During Part I, learn to chart your literary genome.  Choose four authors for study.

Isolate four critical mimetic lessons.  And complete four "tracings" of selected mimetic works.

Follow with the leap the Victorians never took: literary evolution in the hidden secrets of mimesis presented in the lost half of the story -- Part II.
